Deer Valley is a large master-planned community, with the world-famous Deer Valley Resort as its central core. Deer Valley Resort is a favorite for skiers and has been named the #1 Ski Resort in North America many years by Ski Magazine. It is best known for its amazing amenities, both summer season and winter season. Deer Valley is a great place to own a second home. With many subdivisions within the community and single family, townhome, ski-in/ski-out, you are certain to find the perfect location to meet your needs.

Lower Deer Valley is the area surrounding the base of the Snowpark Resort, which offers great mountain views as well as close proximity to Park City’s Main Street for easy access to shopping and restaurants. This area is made up of quite a few condominium complexes as well as large luxury single family homes.
Upper Deer Valley is the area situated around Deer Valley Resort’s mid-mountain area of Silver Lake. This area was Park City’s first mining settlement, and is now home to luxury ski-in/ski-out homes and condominiums. Homes in the area are at an elevation of about 8000 feet. The area is accessed via Royal Street from the base of Lower Deer Valley or via Ontario Canyon Road (known as the mine road) via Marsac Avenue (it's about 2 miles up the hill from the roundabout in Park City).

Deer Crest is a gated community of 144 lots on the eastern border of Deer Valley. It is located just above Lower Deer Valley, and may be accessed from either Lower Deer Valley or from the I-40 Mayflower exit. It offers spectacular views of the Jordanelle Reservoir, as well as a great selection of new luxury ski-in/ski-out homes and condominiums, as well as the St. Regis Condo Hotel. Homes located in this area can feel as if you are miles away from civilization, but you are truly located just minutes away from Park City via a private gated road into Deer Valley.

The Village at Empire Pass is the newest area at Deer Valley, consisting of over 3500 acres, of which more than 90% is designated to remain open space. The land that is built on in Empire Canyon is private and not owned by the Deer Valley Ski Resort, but is rated as access to the resort via its proximity and close working relationship with the resort. Empire Pass is located at one of the most scenic locations with many new ski-in/ski-out homes and townhomes. This area is part of the Talisker Club and will come with club amenity packages which may or may not include access to the Tuhaye Golf and Recreation facilities with winter and summer activities. Montage Deer Valley is also located in Empire Pass.
