GLENWILD is a 199-lot private, gated community with a Tom Fazio designed golf course, rated “Best Golf Course in Utah” by Golf Digest almost every year since its inception. Glenwild welcomes you with a 39,000 square foot clubhouse with amenities including fine dining, bar, full service spa, pool, lockers, golf shop, and kids room. The clubhouse has spectacular views overlooking the lake on the 16th & 18th holes and panoramic views of the Park City ski resorts. An epic trail system for hiking, running, and mountain biking runs around the perimeter of Glenwild and connects to Park City’s 400 plus miles of singletrack. Glenwild is currently about 75% built-out with usually over half of the owners being full-time residents. Glenwild is conveniently located just off I-80, accessed from Kimball Junction, which makes commuting to Salt Lake or the airport easily accessible.

THE PRESERVE is located behind (north of) Glenwild. Access to the private, gated community is through two separate gates that are about 10 minutes down Bitner Road from Kimball Junction or through the Ranches at The Preserve gate from Jeremy Ranch. With 88 lots (most of which are over 10 acres) on 1700 acres of land, year round access is provided by the homeowners association. The Preserve has panoramic mountain views of the Park City ski resorts. Many of the lots contain their own private aspen groves. Fox, moose, elk, deer, and other wildlife will be your neighbors. Many of the lots have horse privileges and there is a mountain bike/hiking trail system that runs throughout.

GOSHAWK is a 13-lot community of mostly 10-acre plus lots with horse privileges, set up on a ridge and overlooking Glenwild and The Preserve. Goshawk is also accessed via Kimball Junction, and is about 10-15 minutes from I-80, located east of The Preserve and Glenwild. Goshawk is almost completely built-out, with only three lots remaining un-built. It offers spectacular panoramic mountain/Park City ski resort views, hiking, mountain biking, and equestrian trails.

STAGECOACH is a 108-lot development located north and northeast of The Preserve, Glenwild and Goshawk Ranch. Stagecoach is a seasonal community with snow removal done at the individual owner’s expense. The entrance is located off Bitner Road (the same access used for The Preserve, Goshawk and Red Hawk). Stagecoach is located at the end of Bitner Ranch Road where it changes from pavement to dirt at its gated entry point. Stagecoach offers panoramic mountain and ski resort views, is heavily wooded, with seasonal streams that run throughout. With plentiful wildlife, it is perfect for the owner who wants remote wilderness and private seclusion with easy access to Park City.

SILVER CREEK is adjacent to Glenwild on the east and is an expansive community with horse privileges and rolling open meadows that face the Park City ski resorts. Silver Creek consists of large acreage lots with relatively lax CC&Rs. Many of the roads are not paved but provide year-round access with snow removal. Access to Silver Creek is provided from the I-40/I-80 Junction.

PINE MEADOWS, FOREST MEADOWS, TOLLGATE CANYON are communities located east of Kimball Junction down I-80 in Wasatch County, with rolling open meadows and seasonal access.
