The Park City Board of Realtors
has broken down the entire Park City/Summit County area into more than 20 distinct neighborhoods in order to help narrow and focus search results, gather data, and to better describe each property geographically. Areas 1-9 represent those neighborhoods within the actual Park City Limits, 10-23 are the Snyderville Basin, and 24-27 are the Jordanelle area. I have provided a brief description of most of the neighborhoods to help you get a better understanding of the differences and help better define your searches. Please remember that while the breakdown of Park City into smaller communities helps define each neighborhood in general terms, subdivisions exist within each of the neighborhoods that will contain their own distinct personality.

In Park City, many of the neighborhoods consist largely of second home properties. However, purchasing real estate in Park City isn't just for the rich and famous.
